November LTA 3
Lots of growth this month! We are in the full swing of school and are confident in our routines and expectations.
This month, we explored history—talking about jobs from the past and imagining jobs of the future. We also learned about Thanksgiving: how it began, how we celebrate it today, and the different ways families celebrate. We enjoyed making a few crafts and coloring sight words each week. We continue to work on a new digraph sound every week as well.
In math, we began learning about place value by introducing ones, tens, and hundreds. We will continue to dive deeper into this concept. We have also been practicing skip counting by 10s.
We’ve loved playing outside with all our Lemon Tree friends! It was wonderful having families join us for our Thanksgiving activity last week. We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
This coming month, we will be learning all about traditions!
